ACE 2026 Accounting Career Exploratory (ACE)

Overview

The ACE Leadership Program is a four-day, residential college and career readiness experience for high school students who want to explore careers in accounting and business.

Participants take part in an engaging lineup of panel discussions, hands-on workshops, field trips, and guest presentations led by business and accounting professionals. A signature component of the program is the Entrepreneurial Case Competition, where students work in teams to solve a real-world business challenge and present their ideas to a panel of judges—including MassCPAs leadership and firm representatives.

Support doesn’t end when the program does. The MassCPAs Foundation continues to invest in students through career guidance, mentorship, internship opportunities, and financial assistance—helping participants stay on track as they pursue their education and career goals.

Eligibility:

• High school students (grades 9–12, age 15+)

• Must be a resident of one of the following New England states: Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, Vermont, or New Hampshire
