Giving and receiving feedback is one of the most important
(and most challenging) skills in the workplace. Whether addressing performance concerns, navigating team tension or managing up, the ability to handle difficult conversations effectively can strengthen relationships, build trust and improve results.

In this interactive session, you’ll learn practical strategies for approaching high-stakes conversations with confidence, empathy and accountability. Through real-world examples and small-group exercises, you’ll practice how to:

  • Deliver constructive feedback clearly and respectfully

  • Respond productively when receiving difficult feedback

  • Manage defensiveness and emotional reactions

  • Navigate challenging workplace dynamics with professionalism

  • Turn difficult conversations into opportunities for growth and collaboration

Leave with actionable tools and frameworks you can apply immediately in your day-to-day work.

This session is part of a three-part series. Register for the full series here.
